SENDCO job summary
An outstanding, innovative leader and classroom practitioner is required for January 2021 for the role of SENDCO.
The post holder would be expected to either have the SENDCO qualification or be fully committed to attaining this, with training and support from the school, within the first year of the role.
They will have a proven track record of implementing and effecting change.
This post requires outstanding leadership, management and communication skills; above all it requires the successful candidate to have a passion to support and challenge a wide range of students, from those with complex needs to our most able students.
The successful candidate will be an experienced teacher, with experience and success at teaching to GCSE, this post is open to all subject areas.
