SENDCo / Inclusion Lead job summary

Do you have the drive, passion and commitment to be a SENDCo at High Street and Stuart Road Primary Academies? This is an opportunity to be part of our school communities, leading and developing the high quality provision for our pupils with additional needs at our rapidly improving schools.

We require a candidate that can lead high-quality SEN provision enabling high-quality teaching, excellent learning outcomes and success for all pupils and work alongside staff to guide and support them by modelling effective teaching strategies. QTS is required. We are also looking for something who can:

• Be responsible for the day to day operation of the SEN policy and co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability.
• Co-ordinate the work of outside agencies and therapist in supporting our most complex children’s needs
• Lead provision to accelerate the outcomes of our pupils in receipt of FSM.
