Are you passionate about SEND and inclusion? Are you motivated to support children to reach their full potential whilst recognising their individual strengths?

The school governors wish to appoint an inspirational SENDCo and Inclusion lead that will embrace the vision of our school and work in partnership with staff and parents to ensure the very best for our children.

You will have a passion for developing and extending the potential in our children through recognising individual qualities and strengths, while understanding the challenges in today’s current climate of education. You will also be committed to supporting families with their child’s learning and an understanding of the importance of early identification.

You will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in children’s progression on their learning journey and be part of a strong and supportive team of governors, teachers and support staff.

  • Be responsible in ensuring children receive the best start in their education.
