We are seeking to appoint an aspiring or experienced SENCO. This is an excellent, non-class-based opportunity to develop your passion for SEN in a school which has a great track record for providing the very best support for vulnerable learners.
We require someone to work 1 day per week to cover SENCO duties
Our new SENCO will lead SEN provision across the school ensuring Oasis Academy Bank Leaze continues to provide the very best education for all.
You will:
• Be an outstanding, qualified teacher, dedicated to inclusion
• Have experience and knowledge across the primary age range
• Have the relevant additional qualification to be a successful SENCO or be prepared to commence the award, and an understanding of SEN legislation and best practice
• Be driven to provide the very best learning opportunities for all children, without limits
• Be kind, positive, resilient and deeply committed to providing equity of opportunity to young people
