SENDCO (part-time 2-3 days) job summary
The successful candidate will be joining a school with a strong inclusive ethos and commitment to meeting the needs of all pupils. We now need a new SENDCO to build on and develop the excellent work of our previous one.
You will be a passionate advocate for pupils with SEND: highly knowledgeable about a range of conditions and strategies that can support them in a mainstream school. A qualified SENDCO, you will have gained leadership experience in a school. We are happy to consider a newly qualified SENDCO who has other middle leadership experience, e.g. subject leader or key stage leader.
We can offer you a committed staff who work hard to put in place effective support for children. You will have excellent communication skills and build positive relationships with children, parents and staff to ensure that we are working as a team to support our children.
Visits to the school are highly welcome and we are happy to discuss the role further and answer any questions.
