This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a well-resourced and successful school. If you are looking to work in a 'good with outstanding school' Ofsted 2013, with fantastic facilities then Roding Valley could be the place for you.
Roding Valley High School is a high-achieving, well-resourced school set within the leafy suburb of Loughton. The school has a large cohort of approximately 1400 pupils with a successful Sixth Form. There is a low percentage of disadvantaged and SEND pupils at around 8%, below the national average. The school has a lower-than-average number of EHCPs, the majority of which have Speech and Language needs. High functioning Autism is another area of increase with associated comorbid needs.

We can offer:
an outstanding CPD provision
a friendly and supportive working environment
