What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly committed SENDCo or aspiring SENDCo. The successful applicant will teach as required and lead high quality SEND provision. They will provide clear guidance for staff on the implementation of quality first teaching strategies to raise achievement for students with SEND, as well as establish and manage bespoke interventions to support the academic, social and emotional progress of identified students. They will also manage our dedicated and experienced team of learning support staff.
