What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Is passionate about children’s wellbeing, especially those who have additional needs.
  • Has a proven track record of improving learning and progress for all children.
  • Has excellent knowledge of the curriculum and SEND Code of Practice.
  • Would provide inspiring leadership for SEND provision across the school.
  • Works effectively and supportively with teachers, parents and external agencies.
  • Would enhance the Catholic ethos of the school.

We would consider part time applications.

Qualifications and training required:

  • Qualified teacher status
  • Degree
  • National Award for SENDCo
