What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors of Saint Anne’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly skilled teacher as SENDCo who:
- Is passionate about children’s wellbeing, especially those who have additional needs.
- Has a proven track record of improving learning and progress for all children.
- Has excellent knowledge of the curriculum and SEND Code of Practice.
- Would provide inspiring leadership for SEND provision across the school.
- Works effectively and supportively with teachers, parents and external agencies.
- Would enhance the Catholic ethos of the school.
We would consider part time applications.
Qualifications and training required:
- Qualified teacher status
- Degree
- National Award for SENDCo

Who are we looking for?

Saint Anne’s is a well-respected, diverse and inclusive one-form entry school. It is situated in Highgate, in the ward of Nechells and serves a very broad intake of pupils both centrally and from across the city.
