What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you a passionate and dedicated leader looking for a new challenge in a supportive and dynamic environment? St Francis and St Blasius is seeking a talented SENDCo to join our team and lead the way in developing and maintaining high-quality SEND provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop SEND provision to enable quality teaching and excellent learning outcomes for all pupils
  • Model effective teaching practises, coach and train colleagues, and teach across the school
  • Ensure all paperwork, records, and policies are up-to-date and actioned accordingly
  • Act as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, including responding to SEND-linked behavioural difficulties as required
