We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a SENDCo from January 2024 to work across The Parkland Federation.

If you can demonstrate the following, then we'd be delighted to hear from you:

  • Able to ensure the effective implementation of the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities strategy (SEND) for pupils at our schools
  • Ensuring statutory requirements are fulfilled and ensuring the school follows identified best practice
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to teamwork in supporting school improvement
  • Outstanding knowledge of the KS1/KS2 Curriculum
  • The ability to ensure all pupils achieve their true potential through appropriate differentiation and challenge
  • A commitment to supporting Senior Leaders in driving the school forward
  • Work closely with other staff to ensure that vulnerable groups are effectively provided for to ensure that they make at least expected progress
  • A passion for creativity
  • A love of animals and the outside environment.
