We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a SENDCo from January 2024 to work across The Parkland Federation.
If you can demonstrate the following, then we'd be delighted to hear from you:
- Able to ensure the effective implementation of the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities strategy (SEND) for pupils at our schools
- Ensuring statutory requirements are fulfilled and ensuring the school follows identified best practice
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to teamwork in supporting school improvement
- Outstanding knowledge of the KS1/KS2 Curriculum
- The ability to ensure all pupils achieve their true potential through appropriate differentiation and challenge
- A commitment to supporting Senior Leaders in driving the school forward
- Work closely with other staff to ensure that vulnerable groups are effectively provided for to ensure that they make at least expected progress
- A passion for creativity
- A love of animals and the outside environment.
