SENDCo Teacher TLR job summary
In many cases, where Special Needs and Disabilities present themselves, a tailored, supportive package around the learner is required and the post holder of this key role on our Middle Leadership Team will be fully aware of what that entails. They will work tirelessly within the limitations of school resources to create those packages so that children are included, tracked and celebrate for the progress they make in their own unique ways. We are a Mainstream school with a Mainstream standards agenda.
