Senior Achievement Support Assistant job summary
We are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual to join our experienced team. The role will be classroom based, working in small classes to support the academic, social, emotional development of pupils and to maximise attainment and progress for all.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Level 2 English and Maths or above.
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or experience
- A high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults.
- The ability to use relevant technology/equipment.
- A can-do attitude.
- A commitment to the happiness well-being, self-esteem and progress of everyone at the school.
