Whitehouse PRU
Grade 6 - Senior Achievement Support Assistant - Permanent
32.5 hours per week term time only + 5 training days (195 days)
Actual starting salary will be £21,721.80 - £23,575.71 ( £28,624 - £31,067 FTE)
We are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual, to work in our Ofsted rated good pupil referral unit. This role is a varied one, based both within and outside of the classroom. You will be required to use your initiative, and work with small groups, as well as at times the full class. Under the supervision of the teacher, you will use your skills to enhance the learning opportunities of the children within our school.
You will be highly organised, with the ability to:
- Be able to build strong relationships with children
- Motivate and develop the children in your care
- Be passionate about seeing young people succeed
