What skills and experience we're looking for
We seek a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our busy school office team to provide an effective administrative support service. This will involve working in the school reception office being the first point of call for all visitors and parents and deputise for the office manager as and when required. No two days are the same so the successful candidate will need to have the resilience and enthusiasm to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful you should hold GCSE grade 4 or above in English and Maths. You will also have previous experience of working in a school setting, including working in the school office/reception and ideally of managing others. Additionally, you will have experience of using Microsoft office and other school based MIS systems as well as excellent customer service skills.
