Senior Administrator job summary
Senior Administrator
37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year
NJC 9 – £18,334 per annum (£20,903 FTE)

We are looking to recruit a highly efficient senior administrator to lead our busy office. This role is pivotal to the success of our school, with the postholder having a wide range of responsibilities, including finance, HR, GDPR, catering, premises and health & safety. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in a school setting. They will provide comprehensive administrative support, so a high level of competence in using Microsoft Office is essential. You will need excellent organisational and communication skills (oral and written), be able to demonstrate leadership qualities to successfully manage key priorities for the school and have a keen eye for detail.
The hours for this vacancy are 37 per week/40 weeks per year (term-time + 2 weeks) and will be by agreement with the Headteacher.

Bassingham Primary School is a single form Primary School with just over 200 children aged 4–11. Our children live in Bassingham, its surrounding villages and beyond.
