Senior Administrator job summary

Christ the King are looking to appoint a committed Senior Administrator to join our dedicated and successful school.

You will ensure that the Academy provides a high quality service for our stakeholders, including student and parents, members of the clergy and the wider school community and play an active role in delivering efficient, effective administrative support.

This is a permanent full time role working 37 hours per week, on a term time plus 5 days basis.

As our Senior Administrator you will:

  • Have experience of working in a busy office with proven excellent personal, administrative, and organisational skills.
  • Be able to plan and prioritise own workload, meeting set deadlines.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Generate excellent relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
  • Help with student enquiries and provide support for pastoral events within the school
  • Work cooperatively with the administration team and SLT
  • Support the HR coordination within the school, liaising with the central Trust team.
  • Be the GDPR lead for the school.
  • Be responsible for the administration of school educational visits.
  • Lead and manager the Student Services team and coordination appropriate communications with parents.
