Contract Term: Fixed term (maternity cover)
Hours: Thursday and Friday, 14 hours per week, 8:30am – 4:00pm
Salary: Grade SC3 SCP 6 – 9 Actual £8,233 (FTE £25,183) - pay award pending from 1 April 2025
Term Time only: 39 weeks per annum

Are you an experienced administrator, passionate about customer service and ensuring you deliver the best for your community? Are you ready to take a key role in school administration, supporting a busy Primary School in Axminster?
We are seeking a Senior Pupil Services Officer for two days per week (Thursdays and Fridays), you will share the position with our existing experienced Senior Pupil Services Officer.
You will need to have experience of administration and a customer service mindset, keeping a positive focus when problem solving. You will be an excellent communicator whilst supporting in a wide variety of tasks, including being an expert in our school systems. You will be an integral part of our pupil services teams to give quality administrative support to leaders and teachers in the schools and provide a wonderful welcome to any visitors, providing friendly and efficient support to the staff, pupils, and parent/guardians, being the at the heart of operational activity for our schools.
