Contract: Term-time only (30 hours per week, job share considered) + optional additional 8 hours SENDCo admin hours
Actual Salary: E5 £20,277.94 - £22,733.45 per annum + optional additional E4 SENDCo admin hours £4,992.22 - £5,321.04 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
As Senior School Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our school. Your responsibilities include:
• Administrative Management: Oversee daily operations, scheduling, record-keeping, correspondence, and ensure all deadlines are met accurately and confidentially.
• Organisational Coordination: Plan and manage school events, liaise with external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Safeguarding & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold safeguarding standards.
• Communication Excellence: Act as the first point of contact for staff, parents, governors, and visitors, delivering a professional and friendly service.
• Problem-Solving & Organisation: Manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high standards under pressure.
• Front-of-House Service: Provide a courteous reception service in line with safeguarding procedures.
