We are actively seeking an experienced enthusiastic and positive-minded administrator professional who appreciates the value of such a role in the running of a large secondary school. Reporting into the Executive Headteacher’s PA, the successful applicant will have a broad range of responsibilities and look to proactively find ways to solve problems and improve existing processes and procedures. We are willing to consider flexible working hours.

You will have:

  • At least two years’ experience of working within an administrative role

  • Proven experience of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues

  • Accuracy and attention to detail; thorough and diligent in getting the job done

  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to effectively plan and organise time and priorities
