Senior Administrator job summary
As a Senior Administrator, you will provide curriculum support administration to
the faculty departments in the Academy.
You will be responsible for the line management of the Curriculum Support staff
and Receptionists. This will include
performance management reviews, the deployment of staff and the implementation
of a CPD programme to provide the Academy with a high-quality support.
About You
The successful candidate will have experience of working in an Academy environment. Candidates will also be educated to a good standard of education with qualifications to GCSE C or above in English and Mathematics andNVQ 3 or equivalent qualification or experience in relevant discipline and will be able to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people.
