What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking a committed and passionate Senior Assistant SENDCo who wants to transform the lives of young people at Isca Academy. You will be a key part of a large Inclusion team and responsible for a team of Teaching Assistants, working with our students to ensure that their needs are met and that every child has the opportunity to be successful and develop excellence through habit.
You will need to be a driven individual with a passion to ensure that our most vulnerable students receive the support they need if they are to have the opportunities to succeed after their Isca journey. This is a very rewarding position and you will work alongside our SEND team, the Behaviour team, Safeguarding team, Heads Of Year, Assistant Heads Of Key stage, Assistant Headteacher and the Deputy Headteacher to ensure that our high expectations of students are met at all times.
