The Hastings Academy has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Attendance and Admissions Manager to join their Senior Leadership Team; to champion and maintain exceptional levels of pupil attendance.
Reporting to the Vice Principal, youwill spearhead the development and execution of attendance improvement strategies while meticulously implementing the Academy and Trust's attendance and admissions protocols.
Whilst you be reporting to the Vice Principal,you will be collaborating closely with a diverse array of stakeholdersincluding; teachers, parents, students, safeguarding experts, the senior leadership team and external partners. Your ability to handle confidential matters with tact and impartiality, your exceptional communication and organisational prowess will be paramount to your success.
