Senior Behaviour Support Officer job summary
Christ’s College Finchley is looking to appoint an exceptional professional as Behaviour Lead at Christ’s College Finchley. This is a non-teaching role and the successful candidate will join a very effective and motivated pastoral team dedicated to the principles of inclusion and sustaining our calm and safe learning environment.
The role would suit an experienced pastoral professional who is looking to widen their expertise within the environment of a large, high achieving mixed comprehensive school.
The role includes an extensive range of responsibilities requiring a broad set of skills as well as enthusiasm and resilience.
The successful candidate will play an important role in the development of our young people and promoting a positive ethos for learning in our classrooms.
