What the school offers its staff

The successful postholder will work alongside the Head of School and will be supported by a committed and experienced team of federation staff and governors who work collaboratively across all 3 schools.

During the morning, the role will be either to teach a small class of Year 1 and Year 2 pupils (approx. 16 pupils), and in the afternoon to take responsibility for an additional 6 Reception pupils, along with support staff and flexible learning spaces. Alternatively, the role would be to teach a class of KS2 pupils from Year 3-6 with TA support, including to split the children into phases for core subjects. This role is not suitable for ECTs.
