What skills and experience we're looking for
If you are a confident, good communicator, enjoy working with young people and providing support to a busy team, you could make an excellent Senior Cover Supervisor.
Following a period of induction, you will supervise classes in a teacher’s absence, to maintain good order and keep students on task for the work set by the teacher. You will also supervise students during part of break/lunchtimes and assist with admin tasks and exam invigilation, as required. As a Senior Cover Supervisor, you will also deputise for the Cover and Operations Manager during absence and will provide guidance and support for agency cover staff including checking in during free periods.
