What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful applicant will be excited by driving improvements in teaching and learning and ensuring that the school has the best possible outcomes for the children both academically and pastorally.

They will also have a good understanding of classroom pedagogy and be able to help, mentor and support staff to adapt their teaching to meet the needs of the children.
