  • As we are a subject specialist school, it would be desirable to have a candidate with a specialism of either maths, science or English.

Year 4: 100% of children passed the Multiplication Check with 48% achieving 100% (2023)

KS2: 93% of children achieved the expected standard in Reading, Writing and Maths; 36% achieved greater depth. (2023)

What the school offers its staff

All teachers at East Lane receive a comprehensive, structured programme, delivered by highly-trained mentors and bespoke to the individual’s needs. As part of the WMAT, we also have the Teaching School Hub which spans Brent, Barnet and Enfield and is based at WHTC. Teachers can undertake NPQs with us and have the opportunity to develop their experience with an area they would wish to gain further expertise.
