Senior Design & Technology Technician job summary

We are looking to appoint a well organised and highly motivated Senior Design and Technology Technician to join our busy department.

Saltley Academy is a 11-16 comprehensive school in the heart of multi-cultural Birmingham. We have been graded Good by Ofsted in May 2023, and during the recent inspection our staff describe working at the school as being like a ”family”. The Academy is progressing fast in its mission to develop outstanding learners, ensure academic success and nurture happy citizens in a supportive and inspiring environment. The Academy is also a UNICEF Rights Respecting School and currently has the Gold Award.

The Academy is part of the Washwood Heath Multi-Academy Trust and shares its core values. Being a member of the Trust provides numerous professional development opportunities.
