What skills and experience we're looking for

What We are looking for

You will lead on the effective and efficient delivery of Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance, Compliance and Statutory Testing, Statutory Inspections of Plant and Equipment, Overseeing the Safe and Effective Engagement of Contractors and contributing to the Life Cycle Works of the School Estate.

To provide a comprehensive Building Management Service at the school which will encompass Soft and Hard Facilities Management to ensure school needs and statutory requirements are fully met. To contribute to the creation of a high-quality learning environment for pupils and staff that is clean, well maintained, safe and secure.
