Between £48,474 and £51,515

What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) Level 7 qualification or equivalent (or to be currently working towards).
  • Experience of leading, motivating and developing staff within a HR and payroll operational environment.
  • Knowledge of principles, practices and procedures relating to human resource management and organisational development.
  • The ability to lead and deliver HR management, support and projects across our academies.
  • Experience of interpreting legislation, policy and guidance to contribute to the formulation of local policies and procedures that ensure compliance with national requirements.
  • Excellent ICT skills and be able to utilise a number of different packages.
  • Working knowledge of UK employment law and proposed legislation changes.
  • The ability to prioritise work and respond to the needs of the trust.
