This is an important role, and you will be a vital part of our digital transformation as we move towards adopting a cloud first approach.
What we’re looking for
Someone with:
- A versatile individual who can remain calm whilst working under pressure and to tight deadlines on a daily basis.
- An efficient and organised person.
- Able to use your own initiative and manage your workload accordingly.
- Able to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
- Able to build and form good relationships with staff, students and external agencies.
- Able to communicate effectively and understands the important of excellent customer service.
What the role involves in a nutshell:
- Providing first- and second-line support to end users.
- Manage user accounts in both Active Directory and Azure AD
- Support the wide range of software that is used within school.
- Maintain and repair all IT hardware utilised on site.
- Assist the Network Manager with any projects, big or small, in the school.
- Manage primary school networks that we currently support, under the guidance of the Network Manager.
