This is an important role, and you will be a vital part of our digital transformation as we move towards adopting a cloud first approach.

What we’re looking for

Someone with:

  • A versatile individual who can remain calm whilst working under pressure and to tight deadlines on a daily basis.
  • An efficient and organised person.
  • Able to use your own initiative and manage your workload accordingly.
  • Able to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Able to build and form good relationships with staff, students and external agencies.
  • Able to communicate effectively and understands the important of excellent customer service.

What the role involves in a nutshell:

  • Providing first- and second-line support to end users.
  • Manage user accounts in both Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Support the wide range of software that is used within school.
  • Maintain and repair all IT hardware utilised on site.
  • Assist the Network Manager with any projects, big or small, in the school.
  • Manage primary school networks that we currently support, under the guidance of the Network Manager.
