  • Be an experienced primary teacher
  • Have experience of leading on an area of school improvement
  • Be passionate about inclusion and meeting the needs of all children
  • Hold or be working towards the SENDco qulaification
  • Motivate and inspire children and adults through innovative practice
  • Be positive, resilient, flexible and work well in our happy team
  • Effectively lead and manage a team of staff
