What skills and experience we're looking for
- Be an experienced primary teacher
- Have experience of leading on an area of school improvement
- Be passionate about inclusion and meeting the needs of all children
- Hold or be working towards the SENDco qulaification
- Motivate and inspire children and adults through innovative practice
- Be positive, resilient, flexible and work well in our happy team
- Effectively lead and manage a team of staff
- Share Unity's vision and the values of the Big Life Group
