Senior Leader - (TLR Holder) job summary

We are looking for an individual with commitment, energy and drive to join our leadership team and support the work we are doing in raising standards of education across the academy. This is an ideal opportunity for a good or outstanding teacher with subject leadership experience to join our SLT & lead a subject area. In addition to being an inspiring & excellent class teacher, you will work as a Senior Leader to quality assure, coach and support teaching across the academy. You will:

Work to ensure all groups of pupils make accelerated progress.
Be committed to making a positive contribution to the strong Catholic Ethos of our academy.
Work in partnership with the leadership team, MAC employees, all staff, parents, carers and governors.
