Are you looking for a leadership role? Are you driven by ensuring that all children receive an exceptional education? If so, we would love to hear from you.
Assist the Headteacher in leading and managing the school.
Lead agreed key areas within the School Improvement Plan.
Develop the positive ethos, values and practices of the school.
Ensure the smooth running of the school on a day-to-day basis.
Lead through high challenge and high support of colleagues.
Be a role model of an excellent classroom practitioner.
Be a member of the School Leadership Team, regularly attending SLT meetings and provide updates on areas of responsibility.
Undertake such duties as are delegated by the Headteacher.
Play a major role under the overall direction of the Headteacher in formulating and reviewing the School Improvement Plan and the aims.
