SENIOR LEARNING SUPPORT TEACHING ASSISTANT
To start ASAP
20--35 hours per week (Monday-Friday) term time only
Fixed term contract until 31.7.23 with six month probationary period
Salary: grade F (£21,968 pa pro rata) based on £11.39 per hour
(approx actual salary examples: £9,865 pa based on 20 hrs per week term time only; £17,264 pa based on 35 hrs per week term time only
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Teaching Assistant (Learning Support Assistant) to work with students in mainstream education and sometimes with those with complex needs in our Area Resource Centre.
Ideally, the successful applicant will have had some experience of working within a school setting and of working with children with learning difficulties; however, this is not compulsory as training will be given.
