Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”) was formed in April 2021 and comprises of 12 Catholic Primary Schools and 2 Catholic Secondary School across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a School Receptionist and Administrator to work at St John the Baptist Catholic Primary School, part of Our Lady and All Saints MAC.

The successful candidate will:

Have experience of working in a school environment
Be organized and efficient in carrying out administrative tasks
Be proficient in dealing with face-to-face and telephone interactions

Be flexible and creative and have the commitment to provide first class care to children and adults
Be organized, able to prioritise workloads and work under own initiative
