Senior Office Manager job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has the passion and energy to work in our busy school team. More importantly, you will help drive on the community’s vision of 'excellence' at our primary school by develop a cohesive and committed office team that serves all pupils and staff.
You will need to have excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills and be fully proficient in the use of a variety of IT systems including Google. A knowledge of ScholarPack and ParentPay would also help. We are a forward thinking team, and require a leader who can drive and support change with the ability to take on ad hoc school projects.
You will need to be able to form positive relationships with our children, staff, parents, governors and visitors. You will need to be flexible, with a willingness to work across all sites of the school, responding to priorities and problem solving as required.
