What skills and experience we're looking for

The Role

We are seeking to appoint a Senior Progress Leader to support our Pastoral Teams and Students’ Wellbeing. The position will suit you if you have recent comprehensive experience of leadership at senior or middle leader level or a post of equivalent responsibility within the education sector.

We’re looking for you if you have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experience of establishing innovative, creative, responsive and effective approaches to learning and teaching; whilst Implementing effective procedures to safeguard students at all times;
  • Substantial and sustained professional development in support of leadership
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students and staff whilst providing support to academic progress.
  • Ability to create a culture and ethos of challenge and support where all students can achieve success and become engaged in their own learning
  • Ability to monitor the progress and wellbeing and attendance of key cohorts of students
  • The communication skills to maintain effective partnerships with all stakeholders in order to support students and to protect their development, health and well-being.
