- Orbis Pay Scale: 13-15: £22,100- £23,218 p.a (FTE) Actual Pro-Rata Salary including holiday pay: £19,182 - £20,153 per annum
What skills and experience we're looking for
To be responsible to the Head of Department in co-ordinating the use and development of practical resources and facilities, including the provision of guidance and support in meeting the practical requirements of the science curriculum, including liaising with all area of the school and outside organisations.
Senior Science Technician will be responsible for the management and operation of a large science
preparation room and the provision of comprehensive scientific technical support for a team of highly motivated
science teachers. Delivering all aspects of the curriculum at both KS3 and KS4. The Senior Science Technician will also
have line management responsibility for Science Technician within the department.
