What skills and experience we're looking for

Christ Church Upper Armley, and Abbey Multi Academy Trust, are looking for a Senior Site Superintendent to be responsible for the site management of Christ Church Upper Armley, whilst also acting as the Senior Site Superintendent across our primary academies. This will involve coordinating and managing the effective time of the facilities team and ensuring compliance. Time will be allocated for each role and the successful candidate will be required to travel across our primary academies.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who can:

  • Work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team as well as on their own.
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Work with others to improve the standards, organisation and effectiveness of our primary academy sites.

You will be:

  • Confident, positive and approachable.
  • Experienced in a caretaking/site keeping role.
  • Someone who will support the Trust’s Christian ethos as well as our shared mission and values.
