St. Luke’s is a vibrant, thriving and rapidly improving specialist school in Swindon, providing education for secondary-aged children with social, emotional and mental health needs. We have small class sizes, of between 4-8 students – very different to a mainstream school – but our students are worth it – and we are committed to helping each of our students reach their full potential.

This really is a fantastic opportunity for someone experience in working with children and young people with challenging behaviour, or those with transferable skills looking to develop their skills and experience with young people in school.

We couldn’t do what we do without our fantastic staff team, and we are looking for an experienced and organised School Administrator to join us as a Senior Student Services Officer, to lead and overlook the provision and development of student support services and relevant staff.

All About You

Do you have what it takes to join us? The Senior Student Services Officer we would like to join us will have:

  • NVQ 3 or Previous experience in an Administration role, ideally within a school.
  • GCSEs (Grade C and above) or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in leading a team.
