Beer CofE Primary School is led by a very passionate Head Teacher and aims to actively encourage the curious nature of its pupils. The school was built in 1978 and has grown to support its 100 pupils, on a beautiful site, benefiting from exceptional sea views.

The successful candidate will:
• Be an exceptional teacher, and ready to enable staff to flourish and pupils to reach their potential underpinned by a strong personal philosophy and clear pedagogical subject knowledge.
• Be passionate about improving provision and leading with a proven track record of raising standards in English or Maths.
• Be happy to support the Church of England ethos of our school though our school values.
• Be dedicated to raising standards and removing barriers to learning for pupils with the ability to challenge each pupil from whatever their starting point.
• Have high expectations of themselves and pupils with a positive, can do and proactive nature.
This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
