We are seeking to appoint a senior teacher at Beer C of E Primary School, a wonderful and inclusive school on a small site with a huge heart. Our strong Christian Ethos helps to create a warm, calm atmosphere whilst we pride ourselves on our high achievements. The school is part of the St Christopher’s Trust; a family of 18 Church and Community Schools spanning three local authorities and providing a rich network of collaboration.
We are looking for a rigorous practitioner with a creative flair and zest to bring learning to life for all our pupils. You will be experienced and skilful in challenging each pupil, whatever their starting point, using your strong pedagogical practice and philosophy. With high expectations, you will be used to being proactive, as well as collaborating with others, supporting your school to improve. This is an exciting role that will help to shape the future development of the school.
