Senior Teacher - English Champion job summary

The post holder will lead on the improvement of high-quality teaching and provision within the writing curriculum. They will achieve this through audit and analysis, the delivery of CPD, coaching and training members of staff, conducting research on best practice and engaging with cross-trust network opportunities. They will work with zeal, drive and determination to secure the long-term success of the school, supporting and promoting the vision, values and ethos to pupils, staff, governors, parents and the wider community. They will demonstrate and support an ambitious vision for the school and strive for high expectations for every pupil by setting high standards and leading by example in all areas of work.
