  • Full time - 37 hours per week Monday to Friday. Term time only plus INSET days
• Contract type: Permanent
• Full-time equivalent salary: Bucks Pay Range 3 Point 16-20. Approximate gross salary £19,634 to £21,238 per annum (pro rata). FTE £23,152 to £25,043 per annum

What skills and experience we're looking for

As a Senior Teaching Assistant the successful candidate will work with the class teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lesson/work plans as appropriate. You will assist with the development and implementation of individual education and personal care plans, attending to personal hygiene needs and administering medicines. You will be required to lead whole classes during the teacher’s non-contact time and also during the short-term absence of the teacher.
