Experience
- Experience of working with young people with SEND in an educational context- Essential
- Experience managing own workload- Essential
- Experience managing and supporting others to manage complex student behaviours- Essential
- Experience managing the work of a team-Highly desirable
Professional knowledge
- GCSE or equivalent (NVQ level 2) passes in English and mathematics (literacy and numeracy)- Essential
- Relevant first aid knowledge- Desirable
Skills and Attributes

- Able to adhere to working procedures and policies within the school environment- Essential

King’s School is an ecumenical Christian School in the Diocese of Chichester, affiliated to the Church of England. The school opened its doors to its first cohort of students in September 2013 and there are currently approximately 860 students in years 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 with a team of over 80 teachers and support staff.
