Senior Vice Principal (Achievement and Curriculum) job summary
Hilton Spencer Academy is a three / four-form entry primary school with almost 700 children on role in South Derbyshire. We wish to appoint a dynamic, innovative and inspirational senior leader to join our team to be part of a journey to continue the development of the school in our quest to be outstanding.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Is able to demonstrate consistently high-quality practice in a leadership capacity in order to support staff to enable pupils make good and outstanding progress
- Is able to inspire, motivate, support and lead others to be the best that they can be
- Believes in the whole child, as well as academic achievement
- Is enthusiastic, resilient and will lead by example
- Fosters exceptional behaviour and attitudes through the use of positive behaviour management and mutual respect
- Is forward thinking and keen to continually assess and refine their practice and leadership skills
