What skills and experience we're looking for
Parbold Douglas Nursery Ltd (a subsidiary of Parbold Douglas CE Academy) is excited to be seeking a visionary, inspiring leader to oversee its large and popular Early Years and Wraparound Care setting. This vacancy has arisen following the resignation of our successful and long-standing Setting Manager, who has secured a new strategic position at a local council.
Parbold Douglas Nursery and Duggies Out-of-School Care are based in the beautiful village of Parbold, within the grounds of Parbold Douglas CE Academy.
The Nursery offers all-year-round care (open 51 weeks of the year) for children aged 1 to 5years between the hours of 7:30am and 6:00pm daily. The Nursery operates across three rooms (Buttercup Room, Caterpillar Room, and Butterfly Room) and has capacity for 55 children on-site at any one time.
Duggies Out-of-School Care is open during term-time and offers wraparound care provision to the pupils of Parbold Douglas CE Academy (aged 4 to 11 years old) – the morning session runs from 7:30am until 8:50am, and the afternoon sessions runs from 3:20pm until 6pm.
