Shinewater Primary School job summary
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced person to join our team as a Teaching Assistant.
You will be working in Key Stage 2, with teachers to support teaching and learning, providing general and specific assistance to children and staff under the direction of the classroom teacher.
You will either work with individuals or small groups, supporting children to understand instructions and independent learning, helping to provide inclusion for all children.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a good standard of education;
- Have excellent knowledge of positive behaviour strategies;
- Be able to work within a team;
- Enjoy working in a school where the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.
